The fishing lake is constantly fed by a stream, and exits via a waterfall into a second smaller pool. At the rear of the cottage is an orchard and a woodland. You can relax in the gardens, barbecue the local food, drink the local red wine at only 50p per bottle and feed the ducks. Alternatively, you can saunter along traffic free leafy lanes and absorb the beautiful loire valley landscape. The land also includes half a mile of secluded river valley, with pastures and mature woodland.

Situated in the Loire Valley region close to Brittany and Normandy borders and the National Park. The west coast Atlantic beaches & Mont St Michel are 35 miles away. Eurodisney is approximately 3 hours to the east and Futurescope is 3 hours to the south, Le Mans is 50 miles to the south east.
